The Arab Fund for Art and Culture and the Prince Claus Fund Arab Documentary Photography Program (ADPP)
The Arab Fund for Art and Culture and the Prince Claus Fund in Amsterdam, in partnership with the Magnum Foundation in New York, are launching the Arab Documentary Photography Program (ADPP). The ADPP will run from 2014-2016, targeting creative documentary photographers in the Arab region. A jurors' committee comprised of Arab and international experts will select up to 10 grantees to receive financial and professional support to complete their proposed photography projects.

Arthouse Cinema Management & Programming Workshop
The Network of Arab Arthouse Screens (NAAS) and the Metropolis Cinema Association, in collaboration with ArteEast, are pleased to announce the kickoff of the first workshop in the Arab world for programmers and directors of Arthouse cinemas in the region.
The program will include panels, presentations, case studies and interactive sessions covering topics such as programming cinemas and festivals, the film market landscape in the region, working with distributors, develo
ping audiences and income building for independent exhibitors. It will also include discussions and networking sessions with distributors and film professionals from Arab countries and Europe, as well as a professional training in audience development and income building delivered by the Independent Cinema Office (ICO) in the UK.
