World Cultures Connect| CREATIVE SKILLS COMES TO THE PACIFIC
The Creative Skills training continues with the next workshop intensive for Pacific-based arts and cultural practitioners in partnership with The Pacific Arts and Culture Foundation! Taking place this Spring in Fiji as well as in Guam during FestPac, the sessions will be led by English theatre director and playwright, Jonathan Holloway, and Chili Hawes, Founder of October Gallery and the Institute of Ecotechnics. Creative Skills is part of the project Culture Works Connections, which is supported by the European Union and the ACP Group of States.
Over the past month we’ve been profiling the Creative Skills arts professionals on our social media channels. Want to find out their top takeaways from the programme? Show your support by liking and sharing the features on Facebook and follow the participants on Twitter with the hashtag #wcctraining.
In February we had a fantastic discussion on how to raise your profile and achieve international reach effectively through social media in our WCC Online Q&A series. The summary document will be coming soon to the Resources page and keep your eye out for future sessions!
