This five week residency will send a team of teaching artists to reside in the Quechuan village of Quilotoa, Ecuador. There they will teach theatre and English with our partner middle school nestled high in the Andes mountains. This school, and those surrounding it, have little to no arts education available for their students and the English is taught from outdated books. With this residency, Dramatic Adventure Theatre will help fill that educational gap by providing a month of intense theatre and English training, voluntarily taught by qualified and highly creative theatre artists.
