We are now in a period of strong development and growth and for that we need a new, dedicated and dynamic team that over three years will establish Trans Europe Halles as a lead organisation in providing professional development, consultancy and international exchange in the culture sector and in establishing an exciting new initiative: the TEH Academy.
We are therefore looking for a driven and experienced Development & General Manager and a skilled Network Manager to join our team at the Trans Europe Halles Coordination Office. The selected professionals will work with a vibrant network of engaged cultural activists from all over Europe who all share the values of the network: cultural equity, citizen participation, empowerment and sustainability.

Development & General Manager
We are looking for a highly driven and confident professional who is entrepreneurial and passionate about education, culture and international exchange. You have at least 5 years of work experience in strategic development, fundraising, income generation and leadership from the creative industries, cultural or educational sectors and are a self-starter.
The role of the Development & General Manager, together with the Secretary General, is to drive the strategic development of Trans Europe Halles. The aim is to expand its activities and outreach and to become a more financially self-sufficient organisation. General Manager
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated project manager with at least 5 years work experience who is a master in organising, planning and communicating successful international events and projects from concept to implementation and evaluation. You thrive in teams, motivating others and finding new solutions and ways forward.
The role of the Network Manager is to manage and produce the TEH Meetings and network projects and to manage the membership and its development. The network manager is also responsible for the internal and external communication of the network. Download complete job description
Trans Europe Halles
Trans Europe Halles is a European based network of cultural centres initiated by citizens and artists that has been at the forefront of repurposing Europes’ industial buildings for arts, culture and activism for over 30 years. With more than 50 members all over Europe, the network functions today as a dynamic forum for ideas, experiences and exchange, supporting its members and their communities.
