Hosting approx. 10 theatre companies for performances in their
native langugues. June 22-27, 2010.
In addition, we will be offering
workshops and a week long panel discussion on color-blind, multi-cultural,
diverse casting. The focus of the week; to take basic elements, both
common and unique of various cultures in the idea of creating a 'universal'
theare.
I am looking for artists who might be interested in sharing their
insight and knowledge in whatever discipline/disciplines that might work
with the focus of the week.
Artists would be giving 2 or 3 workshops to the
festival participants. Looking for diverse, unique, multi-cultural,
color-blind concepts. Performance/Technical/Educational all included.
Venice Theater will be hosing the participants, meals included, free time,
