news from KadmusArts.com

Dear Festival Friends,

Greetings to you from Vermont, where we are getting ready for the snow. We are also preparing for our highly popular and widely distributed photo montage of the Year in Festivals.

Each year to celebrate the New Year, KadmusArts features some of the best festival photographs submitted by festivals, artists, and audiences from around the world and posted on KadmusArts.com.

If you have any great photos from a festival, please submit them to us for our selection process for this holiday greeting. For an example, here is last year's New Year's greeting: http://kadmusarts.com/blog/?p=799.

This New Year's greeting will be seen by hundreds of thousands of festival fans, as well as the press and industry all across the world. Don't miss out on being included!  (Photographs should be sized 1024 x 768, or 1 megapixel. Also include all relevant credit information so that we can properly give credit to the photographer and to the event).

Every day new festival information, news, and twitter feeds are available on KadmusArts.com; every week we choose a Festival Pick of the Week, Artist of the Week, and a podcast interview. Please also take a moment to update any of the thousands of festivals on KadmusArts.com, and let us know about artists' festival work.

Have any interesting travel plans? Working on a new project? See filmmaker Harald Himsel's guest KA-Blog this week from Cuba on his search for the great musician Silvio Rodríguez. Let us know if you, too, want to post a guest blog.

As always, let us know how we can help highlight festival work and help connect audiences to festivals, artists, and each other.

Look forward to seeing your photos!

Of course, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to let me know.

All best to you,

KadmusArts.com is a completely open and free platform for the festival community of producers, artists, fans, and new audiences.
