This full-time, four-week intensive program takes place at the Kennedy Center each July; Fellows attend each summer for three consecutive years. While at the Center, the fellows take classes and refine strategic plans for their home organizations. The Kennedy Center has hosted 42 Fellows in three classes from 28 countries.
