International intensive workshop
for actors, dancers, choreographers and directors

The practical training is focused on the psycho-physical approach to the art of acting relying on the teachings of Russian outstanding theatrical innovators – Vsevolod Meyerhold, Michael Chekhov and Konstantin Stanislavsky. Participants will explore the principles of Biomechanics, the Psychological Gesture and the Physical Action, physicality as the principal creative instrument, the key to form, style, atmosphere and emotional palette in contemporary performance, stepping beyond the limits of habitual text-based acting.
