On 1 July, 2013, Theatre Professionals will open The Drama School, Mumbai.
The first offering of the school, is the One year certificate course in Acting and Theatre-Making, which covers 6 months of Training, and 6 months of Internships and a Touring Production and will provide you with a strong connection to the theatre industry.
The school aims to provides an exceptional training programme of the same calibre as our past workshops, which will set a strong foundation for those seeking to pursue a career in acting, theatre, film and all allied art forms.

Atelier for Young Festival Managers, Beirut
This sixth edition of the Atelier for Young Festival Managers BEIRUT 2013 organised by the European Festivals Association and the Beiteddine Art Festival is the first Atelier in the Arab world and takes place from 5-12 October 2013 in Beirut, Lebanon.

45 young festival managers from all over the world will be selected to attend the Atelier. Under the coordination of Hugo De Greef (former EFA Secretary General, General Manager Bruges European Capital of Culture 2002, Founder and former Director Kaaitheater, Brussels), some ten presenters from all over the world – all renowned, trailblazing festival managers – will share their rich experiences with the participants. Four mentors have already confirmed their participation: Bernard Faivre d'Arcier (former long-standing Artistic Director of the Avignon Festival and President of the Lyon Biennial – France), Rose Fenton (Director Free Word, Co-Founder LIFT Festival, London – UK), Nele Hertling (Vice-Chair of the Academy of Arts Berlin – Germany), Jonathan Mills (Festival Director and Chief Executive Edinburgh International Festival – UK).
The sixth edition of the Atelier for young festival managers will bring together a strong selection of diverse participants with various backgrounds active in all arts disciplines, emerging artistic directors of festivals from all over the world. The diversity of the group united in the shared ambition to be trained to run artistically high-level festivals will be the guiding line during the Atelier and the legacy way beyond the 7 days.
Kutiyattam Workshop, Kochi
A Kutiyattam Workshop at Changampuzha Park,Edappalli, Kochi from 19th April to 21st April 2013, organised by Changampuzha Smaraka Grandhasala,Edappalli; Changampuzha Samskarika Kendram,Edappalli; Chathakkutam Krishnan Nambiar Mizhavu Kalari; Natyasasthra,Katampazhipuram.
