Theatricultural Exchange Residency/Third Edition 22 – 28 AUGUST 2019 – TEHRAN
The third Theatricultural Exchange will be taking place for a week (August 23 – 29, 2019) in Tehran, and will focus on the “Immigrant Artist”. All artists who are active in the field of theatre (Actors, Directors, Playwrights, Stage Designers, Costume Designers, Lighting Designers, etc.), and dancers and choreographers are invited to participate in this event organized by Bohemi Theatre Group with the collaboration of MadArt House Institute.
Artists who are interested can submit the following requirements to theatriculturalexchange@gmail.com. All submissions must be received by May 20, 2019.
– A motivation letter (max. 500 words) (In writing your motivation letter, please have these questions in mind: why do you consider yourself as an immigrant artist? What are you looking for in this residency? How has immigration affected your career?) – Resume (CV) and a picture of the artist – Video material of the recent works (if available) – The website of the person or the group (if available)
Obligations of the residency during the one-week event: – Providing accommodations during the residency time – Breakfast and lunch (except for 2 free days in the schedule) – Tickets to the plays chosen to be watched in the residency program – Airport transfer on arrival and departure (close to the residency timeframe)

The International Contemporary Dance Festival “New Baltic Dance” is an annual event, organized by Lithuanian Dance Information Centre and Vilnius Festivals since 1997.
It is the largest and the most important dance event not only in Lithuania but also in the Baltic States, with more than 2,700-3,000 spectators every year and more than a dozen stage arts professionals from around the world.

Tyre International Music Festival 2019in honoring of the Musician Melhem Barakat
Saturday 27 April 2019 at 5:00 PMat the Lebanese National Theater in Tyre.
The opening schedule: photography and drawing exhibition, documentary film screening and a musical evening.
The festival will be attended by local and foreign performances, it will run from April 27 to 30 with musical performances every day from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
