The Arts Leadership Fellows (ALF) program provides a unique opportunity for talented, young artists, arts managers and cultural journalists from Russia, the Caucasus and Central Asia to visit the US, where they meet with colleagues and observe how US arts organizations operate on a day-to-day basis. In addition, they participate in an intense program of site visits to museums, galleries and performing arts events to acquaint them with the nation’s wide variety of arts institutions and current art trends.
Funding for the ALF program has been provided by the Kettering Family Foundation and the Trust for Mutual Understanding.
