This past July, TOPLAB facilitator Kayhan Irani traveled to Afghanistan
and presented a series of Theater of the Oppressed workshops with theater
activists from throughout the country. She will talk about the role of
Afghan artists in fostering civic engagement and community building amidst
conflict and war.
