Theatre Without Borders

We've added a couple of new fields to user's profile fields:  organization, brief description of yourself (a paragraph length description), and website / URL.

• The organization name will show up in the user search lists.
• The brief description will only show up if a user looks at another person's profile specifically.
• The website URLs will only display on another user's profile - if you yourself are logged in.  This is to discourage spam users logging in to advertise random websites.
